General Terms and Conditions of Business of the Solingen Online Grup EOOD Company
Section 1: Applicability to customers; definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between Solingen Online Grup EOOD Company and a consumer, in the version that is valid at the time of the order.
(2) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Business, “consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is outside his or her commercial or self-employed trade, business or profession.
Section 2: Formation of a contract; storage of the text of the contract

(3) The presentation of the goods in Company’s online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on Company’s part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. When the consumer orders the desired goods, he or she is extending an offer, which is binding on the consumer, to enter into a sales contract.
(4) When an order is received in Company’s online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer is extending a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the ordering process provided in Company’s online shop.
An order is placed via the following steps:
1) Selection of desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Add to cart” button
3) Review of information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the “Go to checkout” button
5) Logging into the online shop after registering and entering the login information (e-mail address and password by customer’s choice)
6) Review or correction of the data entered
7) Binding submission of the order.
After checking the information entered and before submitting a binding order, the consumer can click on his or her Internet browser’s Back button and return to the page on which the customer’s information is entered, where he or she can correct any input errors or cancel the order by closing the Internet browser. The Company shall immediately confirm receipt of the order by sending an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). By sending this e-mail, the Company accepts customer’s offer.
(5) Storage of the text of the contract in the case of orders placed via Company’s online shop: The Company shall send to customer the order information and Company’s General Terms and Conditions of Business via e-mail. The customer can also review the General Terms and Conditions of Business anytime at http://euroblades.eu/conditions.html. For security reasons, the customer’s order information is no longer accessible on the Internet.
Section 3: Prices, shipping costs, payment, due dates
(1) The prices stated include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Shipping costs, if any, are additional.
(2) The customer has to pay the goods from the order in advance via the PayPal system. It is also possible have the order paid by bank (wire transfer) in advance, for which the Company needs to be informed via the store's contact system.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he or she agrees to pay the purchase price without delay after the contract is entered into.
(4) If the order is worth EUR 350 or more, delivery is completely free within the European Union.
For orders with a total sum of less than EUR 350, the delivery is worth EUR 25 and it is accrued automatically when the order is being finalized.
Section 4: Delivery
(1) Information on availability is quoted for each individual item. Dispatch is usually made without delay, no later than 1-2 working days after receipt of the prepayment.
(2) All ordered items /orders/ are shipped via DPD courier company to the customer's pre-defined delivery address, taken from their personal area in the website. Each shipment has an international tracking number. The customer receives the tracking number on their e-mail after sending the shipment.
Section 5: Reservation of ownership
The Company reserves ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The customer may cancel your offer to enter into a contract within 14 days, without stating any reasons, in writing, by email. The time limit begins after receipt of this written notice, but not before the goods are received by the recipient.

Effects of cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, the services received by either party must be returned and any benefits derived therefrom (e.g. interest) must be relinquished. If the customer is unable to return or relinquish the service you have received as well as the benefits (e.g. use and enjoyment) to the Company, or the customer cannot do so in full, or only in a worse condition, the customer is required to provide compensation for the lost value.
The customer is required to bear the normal costs of return shipment if the goods delivered are those ordered.
Refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The time limit for this begins on the customer’s side when the customer’s notice of cancellation or the item is sent, and on the Company’s side upon receipt thereof.
Fees for international return shipments cannot be covered from the Company’s side!

Section 13 Legal Issues in the Country of Destination
The customer undertakes to inform himself before placing an order as to whether the goods which he intends to order are legal in the country of destination. Should one or more articles in the country of destination conflict with the law, the supplier shall not be liable for any consequences.
